A delicious raw chocolate thickshake to satisfy a sweet tooth! Loaded with healthy ingredients that are full of fibre, vitamins, and minerals your body will love. So easy to make and tastes just like a chocolate thick shake only healthy 😉 enjoy!


  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 5 medjool dates (remove seeds)
  • 1/2 cup nut milk ( I used almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • 1/2 cup of spinach


  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs

How To Make This:

  1. Simply add all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 60 seconds or until well combined.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy!

  1. Hi Tiana, I hope you are well, I am enjoying some of your recipes. When I blend my dates though they get stuck under the blades and stop the blender. Do you have any tips for that please. Thanks Wendy

    • Hi Wendy,

      I’m glad your enjoying some recipes! Before you make the smoothie you can soak the dates in warm water for about 15 minutes then drain water and add to your smoothie. This will make them very soft and will blend much easier.
